The sun's rays have hooks so mass Conceptually, yes. The comments I've read is that the workbowl is small. I also worry about power. Kneading is hard on an engine if it is small. If you really want to get a mixer to knead dough, save your money until you can get a low-end Kitchenaid. Never regret that purchase.
